I'm currently in The Hague and there are sometimes seals on the beach. It's a rather recent phenomenon. I grew up here, and this never happened in my youth.

Bolé & fish is a must eat when you come to Portharcourt city in Rivers State, NG.

Bolé is roasted unripe/ripe plantain. The fish is seasoned and roasted as well.

You can't come to PH and not eat this. You just can't afford to miss it.
