Planted chard, kale, and lettuce in the backyard. Also planted lots of cover crop on 2/3 of the soil to help build it up. A thunderstorm came to mark the first day of the fall. We put chicken wire over the beds because Kaya likes to use the garden as her litter box but we don't want her digging up all the seeds.
Plants should pop up in a week or two 🌱
