The boyfriend started flying planes and is always checking his web browser for flight conditions. It’s a bit inconvenient only having desktop view so I built him a cute app to display flying conditions over the next 12 hours, and an easier-to-read dashboard to see the wind blowing through the typically runway he uses to take off. Of course I had to add a quote of the day, so it cycles through 20 pilot jokes, some of them I’ve rewritten to be sentimental and some are just plain fart jokes. And the icon of the app is pompompurin, our favourite character.
