I've been on the board of an amazing charter school in the South Bronx for 8 years. At yesterday's board meeting, I found out that the teachers hosted a "vibe coding hackathon" over the summer and were so motivated by the experience that they are now teaching AI coding in their 11th and 12th grade CS classes. This is the kind of experimentation and open-mindedness that's needed for the AI age of building.
