Your primary focus is jobs with bountycaster, correct? This makes sense tbh .. as a recruiter it always picked up at the beginning of fall and began to taper off closer to December. There are a few intense companies who hire in Nov/Dec for January start but not super common. People also wait to leave jobs after Dec for bonuses too, so 1. feels like lack of jobs available and 2. candidates available. Maybe I’m wrong and you can tell me why!
