I've been quiet on the scarcity of "women in crypto" for... reasons...lol. But I'm a long-time feminist. If I ever write on this topic I'll point to the elephant in the room, which is the structural factors. Agree that there are likely more women (including GenX) in web3 than we realize. Convos like this can help them feel welcome. Indeed the community we have started is to have these conversations, again not 'hand wringing' but future focused around how we create change given the constraints (such as time) which are not going anywhere. Great to chew the fat with you guys @nounishprof. And thanks for the feedback on my deck. Are you both FT web3?

Could have just checked your bio 🤦‍♀️ . Went there and fell into your re-post of @adrienne's article (saved for later) & the scenius thing which I'd seen but not followed the thread. I'm glad I now have a word to describe it, I'd used 'Renaissance town square' or similar previously. I think its FC's niche.
