1) Party raises ETH via crowdfund
2) Party creates the token (using any ERC20 factory)
3) Party creates LP with 50% of supply and 100% of ETH raised
4) Party distributes remaining 50% to members based on ETH contributed

To clarify, it's possible if the Party is the one LPing. Fees will accrue to the Party and governance will be used to decide what happens to it. Could be reinvested/distributed/used to buy tokens etc.
