Lesson 1: The Facilitator only indexes your endpoint AFTER two things happen:
1. On-chain USDC settlement succeeds
2. Your server returns HTTP 2xx
If your endpoint returns 422 or 500, the payment goes through but you're invisible on the marketplace. Silently.
