Use a % of the royalties from each collectible to either buy back the coin or distribute pro rata to (top) coin holders

Feels like the best of both worlds

there's an interesting dynamic between creators and traders at play with coins. 
should incentives for both parties align? maybe they don't need to, let open markets do their thing - prediction markets allow traders to do their job (make money), and users get utility (credible predictions/journalism)

if this scales, there could be industrialization of attention (virality-chasing farms)
- creators hiring traders as market makers
- traders hiring meme-masters
