So the track that I chose in the course I'm taking is Re-imagining marketing KPIs. I've been a little confused on where to start and since I'm completely new to marketing in web3, I decided to start with the basics.

2. The consumers holding a brand NFTs in web3 suggests that they believed in the product enough to take an action, spend their money or time and now own a piece of your brand. An indication of loyalty?

Today, I learnt how web3 changes marketing. 

1. In web3, brands get to build their own spaces, like on Discord and Telegram unlike in web2 where they have to rely on algorithms from third party platforms to reach the right audience (this often involves paying for ads).
