Yuga Labs stated that the SEC has closed its investigation after more than three years, confirming that NFTs are not securities. The agency has also recently withdrawn lawsuits against Gemini, MetaMask, OpenSea, Robinhood, Uniswap, and Kraken. The SEC has not yet commented on the matter.
