This small mammal lives mostly among tall trees and is easily recognizable by its beautiful, fluffy tail. Squirrels run on branches with special skill and jump from tree to tree. Their main food consists of nuts, seeds, fruits and sometimes small insects. In the fall, squirrels collect food and store it in hidden holes for the winter.
