The novice's benefit period! In just one month, I've gone from shakily doing shoulder presses with 2 kilograms to shakily handling 7 kilograms. For the lat pulldown, I've increased the weight from 8 kilograms to 16 kilograms. I have relatively little strength, and at the same time, I'm afraid of getting injured when I train alone. So currently, my strategy is to do supersets with appropriate weights. The only problem is that I've started to have a bit of trouble sleeping. 😅 I drink coffee in the morning, work out in the afternoon, and then I can't fall asleep easily at night. I once tried working out in the evening, and I ended up lying in bed with my eyes wide open like bells.
