GM - have been absolutely obsessed with turkish helva lately and decided to make it at home! of course, completely dairy-free 😼 my most recent one from last night is the near perfect base i was looking for- smooth, soft, sweet and wonderfully even. what’s next is figuring out flavourings! :D goals are: make the deep rich chocolate helva, a lotus biscuit flavoured helva, and a pistachio one for my mom <3 my most recent iteration, vs. my first one on the second slide :PPP
