Ukraine's President Zelensky signed new sanctions targeting 60 firms helping Russia bypass sanctions via crypto. 55 are Russian companies, including miners, exchanges, and payment firms. 5 others are from Cyprus, Kazakhstan, and the UAE—some already under US sanctions.
