Pushback: The folks I know working 4 day weeks are the most burned out of anyone I know. I’m still for it but it’s not a panacea

Yeah, it's 100% about the execution (and job type.) If employers just try to get everyone to cram all their work into 32 hours instead of 40-50, they will just end up working off the clock to try to keep up.
