Additional details: 
Step 1: Swap all non-$DEGEN holdings to $DEGEN

Step 2: Allow @wake, @purp, @streetphoto and the other top $DEGEN donors to reclaim up to 100% of their donation (I only donated 100K, so this is not a way for me to cash out and dump on everyone.) 

Step 3: Create a contract that allows NFTs to be burned and increases the value of each burn. The first person to burn gets the least per claim, the last person gets the most.  

Step 4: Allow NFT holders to burn to receive a percentage of the remaining holdings with “Degen Dao” NFTs worth two claims, and Habs with one claim. 

Step 5: As each person burns, the value of remaining claims and remaining NFTs increases

I believe that current lp fees from the beefy position should be collected and distributed before this proposal
