The Base Mind

In the future, knowledge was worth more than gold. Within the high-tech lab of a scientist known as Dr. Jesse was a scientist whose aim was to merge the mind of people with the Base blockchain network.

What she built was an artificial brain — not one made of neurons, but one filled with Base nodes. Every node in the network was a smart contract. Each relation, a cash transfer. It was a depository not of memories, but of data. Rather than dreams, it ran algorithms.

In a first trial, the brain solved tax systems, fraud detection, and complex human decision making faster than any expert could even explain. The media called it:

"The Base Mind -- a brain from the future -- an asset beyond price!"

After that, no one ever made money by thinking.

They were thinking in Base because money was part of their minds.
