GM RG's It's Fridayyyyyyyy, LFG!! Unfortunately we're getting the wildfire smoke from out west in Canada all the into Ontario now, so it's windows closed and sitting inside for the next couple days it seems! Let's have a banger of a weekend regardless though! ☕ ☕ 💜

Heard about the fires, we were supposed to have hazy skies and air quality warnings the other day due to them coming down here. I endorse closed windows in times like that! Have a good one dude 69 $degen

Ya wasn’t so bad! I convinced my boys to skip bike practice since it was so fuckin hot, we went fishing instead and then to the local brewery 🙌🏻

Oh hell ya, that sounds like an awesome day with the boys bro! It's so damn hot here too. I'm about to get some boxing practice in with the boy in the back yard and then showered up and over to my buddies for beer and the fights! 🍻

Boxing practice!? That sounds cool, my middle son Troy wants to try boxing, this fall he’s gonna do tackle football, kids a tank I can’t wait to hit him and let him hit me in the yard this fall lol

Ya man, the other day he asked for some boxing gloves to learn how to fight so I ordered him a pair of gloves and pads for me to wear for him to punch. So now every day we hit the back yard for some practice! Gonna get him watching some videos to learn even more. So far he loves it haha. Perhaps if it’s something he wants to do longer term then we can get him in a boxing or kickboxing gym! 🥊
