GM to the GMers! I try to watch the sunrise and sunset everyday to help set my natural rhythm. Does it help? No idea, but it's never not beautiful. Have a kick ass day! ✌️❤️🌞

I love it man, I usually catch the sunrise since it coincides with taking my dog out 😂 sunset is a crapshoot though

Sunrise definitely easier than sunset depending on level of busyness
