Years and years ago, wayyyy before kids, I tried making beer and hard apple cider, beer wasn’t bad, the cider was very high alcohol percentage and tasted terrible lol. You’re inspiring me to try something again

I made a lot of beer when I had the brewery; it was a good time.

Now I'm getting into this because it's trendy here. I haven't been able to find a job for a few months, so I'm trying to get started with this.

I assure you, it's much easier and less problematic than making beer.

Today I managed to make a batch in 2 hours. Ready to bottle. That's just not possible with beer!
