Today I returned to jiu jitsu after spinal surgery and an 8 month lay off.

I was shitting my pants to return but I got through it.

I had a roommate in college who was a wrestler, but he was a little guy, like 5’6 135 maybe. At the time I was 6’ and probably 210 and thought I could take him from size/strength advantages. Fuckin NOPE he kicked my ass had me pinned real quick
