GM in the next AM lol! I made it through them. We do use the little sticky pads that send shock into my knees, not sure if that's the same thing or not though, and then this ultrasonic with some gel shit that they rub around lol

Ya the sticky pad things is what I was thinkin of, you notice them working?

I mean, when I'm done for the day I feel a bit of relief, but nothing crazy. Some people get some relief for days, but not me. I have to do these appointments for part of my post-military recovery stuff, but I've done tons of physio already with no success, just have to go through the motions lol.
