Beyond the fact of prices being universally good like anything else - the idea that there are not Nazi candidates is not controversial because this is a group that unequivocally makes society worse. Why would it not be treated equally that a group advocating for elimination of prices is treated the same way?

They are both explicitly stating they want to make society better but are doing it in a way that we have obvious evidence makes everybody worse off and leads to unnecessary suffering and death Will Zohran as mayor lead to this? If he can do the things that he says he wants to, then yes, although on a pretty small scale.
