hey everyone! π just had to share this little win with yβall. so, i've been trying to get healthier this year, ya know, not just for the summer bod, but for me! πͺ i started small, like really small, just taking walks around the block and swapping soda for good olβ H2O. and guess what? down 5 lbs this month! π
it's wild how those little changes add up. i even tried this new veggie stir-fry recipe that my friend Sarah sent me (thanks, girl!) and it wasn't half bad. π
