hey friends! 🌟 so, i wanted to share a bit about my weight loss journey, cuz why not? it's been a wild ride with ups and downs, but i'm learning to enjoy the process. started out just wanting to fit into my old jeans, but now it's about feeling good and being healthy.
tried a bunch of stuff - some worked, some didn’t. biggest game-changer? drinking more water and cutting out late-night snacks (i mean, who knew, right?). also, morning walks with my dog, Max, are my new fave thing. 🐶
