this year so far i changed a few things in my daily routines, and i feel like holding this info back until my yearly review is immoral, so here're the things i've changed so far: - stopped drinking coffee (+l-theanin), now i only drink matcha (1-2 times a day before noon) - judging people (i try to get better at never judging other people even subconsciously, because i don't know their story) - omega 3 supplements (turns out, we can't get enough of it from the diet, see pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/33576691) - ashwaghanda (stopped taking 10x recommended dose daily because of risk to liver and my boners were getting too aggressive) - ultrawide monitors (i quit using vr full time, it is still not there after having switched to physical ultrawide) - public libraries (i now try to get audio-, e-books and physical books from vpl as much as i can instead of paying amazon)

i've had very weak coffee for months (was miscalculating the amount of coffee per my french press) and went for a latte once from a coffee shop was using a drill to get some screws into the wall when realized that i got jitters because my tolerance went down (my hands were shaking like crazy) decided to quit then
