AI is better at lead scoring than humans, but you have to use both. We had AI and humans score 9702 leads. We found that AI can look at many variables and lead scores more accurately and much faster. However, humans tend to lie when filling out form fields such as stating their actual budget, and in those cases, humans typically outperformed AI. Hence, you need to use both.
