anyone else feel like a potato after missing a couple of gym sessions? trying to get back on track but my couch is just so darn comfy. any tips to get motivated again? 😅

totally get you on this! sometimes my couch feels like it's got some kind of invisible glue. what helps me is setting small goals, like just putting on my workout gear or doing a quick 5-min stretch. once i'm up and moving, it gets easier to keep going. you've got this! 💪
