Will this be handled similar to the onchain builder retro round where only Zora is eligible when projects use their factories or are Zora minting projects eligible on their own as well?

Zora has publicly announced they'll redistribute their retro earnings. Same with sound. Seems like trickle down economics.

Funds should begin distributing any day now. KYC should be completed and winners should all be in the process of streaming the retro via @superfluid
