Being in Berlin this week has shown me again how FEW technical females there are in the space. 

Berlinterop is one of the most technical events and the gender breakdown confirms it. There’s like 7 women out of 200. 

Something has got to change but I’m still thinking about how to do that 🤔

Devcon(nect) is better. 
I think it’s hard to get work funding to go to the Berlin conferences :(

But agree on the general sentiment that we need more technical women in the space.
