I am anti cuomo and think nyc as a population is majority Mamdani. So I think we agree!

Upstate NY red counties hate Cuomo. Staten Island (red) hates Cuomo. Progressives across the board hate Cuomo. Very few people actually like Andrew Cuomo. 

Remember: Hilary's campaign was "anyone but Trump". Kamala's campaign was "anyone but Trump". You gotta stand for something, which he doesn't.

i don't think the tammany hall tricks play anymore. i'd be surprised if nyc today is any more corrupt than any other city, controlled for economic value at stake, but not so knowledgeable on that

again, zohran prob cruises, but there are def some shy cuomo voters and also a significant share of zohran voters are voting for social status and you don't need to actually show up to the polls for that lol

But nyc is historically very corrupt

if cuomo wins (unlikely, but prob a buyer at current polymarket odds), the left is gonna insist this is a perversion of democracy when it will be just like every other election where people who are more motivated to vote show up to the polls

I do think our elections may be rigged. Like the cost of rigging them is less expensive than not.

Wouldn’t be surprised to see some massive buys for Cuomo days before  to spook voters

i think the message that social programs require funding from the rich and driving out the rich will make everything a disaster resonates (note: i am not saying there is any truth to this or not)
