When I think of Ukraine, I think of resilience and strength — a country with deep cultural roots and a powerful sense of identity. A color: blue and yellow — like the sky over golden wheat fields. A landscape: wide open steppes, sunflower fields stretching to the horizon, and the Carpathian Mountains in the west. A word: freedom. A dish: borscht — rich, red, and hearty, just like the spirit of its people. Even without visiting, Ukraine feels vibrant, proud, and enduring.
