The US wants to maintain its ability to freeze bank accounts and sanction enemies and rivals and will not give it up for stablecoins. But they also can't make crypto illegal without going down the path of full autocracy. I wonder what they'll do.

The government will definitely go after crypto accounts even in the US. It is just a question of time. That's why Bitcoin is so important. There is no throat to choke
