Fitness

Yesterday I did full body work out and I lifted a lot , I left the gym feeling very physically drained…
Today I woke up with a serious back pain , this has never happened before 
@dummie.eth  , @afrochicks  any help or advice what could have happened or what I can do ? 
Im going to the gym by 6pm, No lifting , no cardio 
Just stretching 🙆‍♀️

Last week I had a bad back pain after a very intense workout, n that left me feeling very weak and feverish 
Had to go for physiotherapy and I’m recovering better now
