The amount of people that try to deny that this is a HUGE stumbling block is just obtuse. Coinbase has done a lot to help but the KYC requirements still put people off

I’ve had to update a few times with Coinbase, mainly for moving, but it’s always quick, like 24 hours at most. However, I suggest the idea that most non-crypto-bro people don’t see kyc as a problem, but as standard protocol for anything related to finance systems, and acceptable.

Not saying it's a huge issue, but it's a hurdle, especially if you get caught in needing to wait days for it to finish.

I’m gonna sharply disagree with you on this, that the idea of many who have never onboarded onchain are put off by verifying their identity. They’re actually comfortable with it and expect it. They’re put off by ridiculous fees and losing money in stupid ways, quickly.
