Took my gee to the gym yesterday Bro was breathing heavy asf, i was scared💀 I feel bad for him though, it was leg day, bad timing?😆 then we did low intensity cardio after. Well, he’s out today playing football and doing great, better than last time. I’m sorry in advance for the pain he will feel tomorrow, but still worth it.

He will definitely have a good time today, but he will experience bad pains in his body at night when he goes to bed and tomorrow too. This is normal and for some people it is enjoyable.🤣
