Have you ever tried matcha brûlée? It has a perfectly crispy caramelized top, with smooth custard underneath and a hint of bitter matcha. It’s a beautiful fusion of Japanese and Western flavors — highly recommended! If you ever see it somewhere, you should definitely give it a try.

In Japan, there are many sweets made with matcha. This one is kind of like a crepe, there are also things like ice cream and parfaits.😋
