Morning exercise is one of the most effective ways to start a healthy and energetic day. Many successful people start their day with a few minutes of physical activity. Exercising in the early morning hours not only increases energy and alertness, but also has a positive effect on a person’s mood and mental performance throughout the day. Exercising in the morning helps the body to get out of a state of drowsiness and enter the daily rhythm more quickly. It also increases the feeling of freshness and satisfaction in a person by activating blood circulation and releasing happy hormones such as endorphins.
