To everyone who has experienced the full spectrum of the nouns experiment over the past four years: I think we are now collectively Jonas. 

We’ve Received all the weirdness— the chaos, the connections, the conflict — and we carry it forward, tasked with protecting it from the encroaching Sameness. 

Maybe one day, we’ll be able to return the Gift back to the world. But for now, I think nouns will live on mostly in the hearts of those who still believe and who remember.

The struggle for decentralization is not an easy feat, Nouns Dao for me used to be a reference of how collective decision making can result to amazing things being created, it is the one dao I speak of as an example for DAOs but seeing all of this occur are but lessons to learn from regarding possible outcomes and gives one a chance to think of how to solve things like this, when centralization invades decentralization. The things that can happen and how the community responds to these events too.

Wasn’t the whole idea of “the culture” here in “web3” and very much in nouns dao to do things differently, embrace creativity & take some risk to challenge the status quo while trying to change the world a little but at a time…
Sad to see the backwards movement embracing corporate culture that doesn’t work, and only rewards the wealthy with more wealth!!!🤷‍♂️
