Good morning, dear friends! πΏ Sometimes the best thing we can do for ourselves is to press the internal RESET button. It's not always about a long vacation or a life change. Sometimes it's a cup of tea βοΈ π« in silence. 5 minutes with my eyes π closed. Walk πΆββοΈwithout a goal or cycling π΄ in the park. Or just breathe π§ββοΈ . π€ Small pauses have a great power. They do help to gather, switch and return to yourself. What works for you as a mini reboot?
