let projects give different allocation for airdrops based on some criteria (maybe onchain/farcaster activity) success stories of someone making a lot of money make the most noise, less likely to happen if everyone always gets the same amount (no outliers)

We can do this if a project wants otherwise equal amounts keep things simple. Also not necessarily optimizing for noise of how much people earned vs conversion into the action the project wants users to take

i agree with the focus on conversion into action the project wants, but don’t think different allocations would change this (a lot) simplicity of current way makes sense but degen would probably not have worked out without the allocations creating big fans

These first several airdrops have been $10k experiments of tokens already trading so don't think adjusting allocations has that much impact and is worth the simplicity tradeoff. Agree if the amounts are significantly larger or closer to day 1 launch
