First time dad-to-be and ETA is T-minus ~two weeks. FC parents - what are you glad you knew / wish you knew a few weeks out?

My first is going on 3 weeks, so I’m in the thick of it right now… 1. Use diaper cream from day 1. That rash can come fast and furious. 2. Ask all of your friends/family with older kids to give you their old baby stuff. You can get some great things for free and they’ll be thrilled to get rid of it. 3. If you can’t figure out why your baby is crying, try burping them. 4. Some babies sleep better when they’re not swaddled. 5. Enjoy and appreciate everything, even the late night screaming.
