2. Suspensions are not random. They're based on in-depth analysis of user behavior—such as referral patterns and point activity. For example, an account showing 200,000 first-level referrals with no further engagement is clearly manipulating the system.


3. Support tickets related to these suspensions may not be accepted. We've noticed repeated patterns (like similar usernames, emails, or messages) that reinforce our decision to act.
