I think it would be nice if precoin turned into a bounty where snipers could snipe and then sell direct to the precoin

I agree it does seem hard whatever they do next given the monsters etc these are just my uninformed guesses 

I think it might be possible to structure it like a flash loan where the pool of money for a given pre sits there and is available snipers who can submit a valid tx that buys the coin and delivers it to the pot for profit in one swoop.

Some issues I think you’ll have to be addressed with this:
- declining premium over time since launch paid for the coins by the pot to prevent it becoming an insurance fund for the snipers

- being able to verify near instantly that a given coin is indeed linked to a given user in order to be able to verify the flash tx validity before accepting it
