18 months of taking care of myself, after spending 7 years not caring. 

i've wanted this version of me for so long. someone who chose a better life for herself. some days it still feels like a dream that I became her.

the biggest change isn't how i look. it's that i want good things for myself again. and the belief that i deserve them. i didn't even realize how long i'd been living without that feeling until i got it back.

Huge look change too. In the first photo you look kind and nice but also very meloncoly but in second photo: potent, full of life/vigor, and potetially dangerous like a crackling fire

I think I was able to see the first photo in that way because it reminded me very much of someone else I’ve known in the past and I meant like capacity to be dangerous (not necesarily physical violence i think a painters art could be dangerous)

it’s crazy to me that you see that in the first photo. bc when i saw the photo last sunday after a really long time, it’s what i saw in my eyes too. i was really not happy at that time, but smiling through it bc i was around my family. 

also, i promise i’m not dangerous.
