hope they find the sense to build more dense housing and more in general it’s such a big landmass

that would require politicians that aren't already wealthy from property investments

they just brought in 5% house deposit with the guarantee the government owns part of the property lol

lol if it’s gov owned in part anyways seems like they could at least offer 0% deposit like some places do
