unfortunatly no while chainlink does support these feeds on other chains as you can see on the page where they list them they dont have volatility available on base on arbitrum, eth, and avalanche and those 3 have next to no volume on fc https://docs.chain.link/data-feeds/rates-feeds/addresses?page=1&testnetPage=1
