Has anyone here ever heard the phrase "bits and pieces" be used to reference male genitalia?

Honest answers only, please. 

Trying to understand:

- if anyone at all has heard it used this way

- if yes, how widespread it is

A British friend only knew the "miscellaneous items" definition, for which she regularly uses it. She was horrified to learn that there's an alternative meaning. Curious if it's only a US thing. While I found slang dictionary references to it being used in the alternative context, I couldn't find a definitive source for where it originated. I had thought maybe Monty Python but I didn't find that. Maybe Adam Sandler?

Context dependent, it can also mean “miscellaneous items”
