1. Define clear eligibility criteria (on-chain + social activity)
2. Consider hybrid models (engagement + contribution, not just FCFS or PRO users)
3. Use Frames for community voting/input — it's native, visible, and fair

An open, transparent process builds stronger long-term communities.
